WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your a valued customer, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your item for credit or full purchase price. Within 7 days of purchase. If a lampwork bead should break during the first 3 months you may return it for a replacement. Please email me and let me know if this happens. Breakage is rare. but does sometimes happen. Please do take care when using these beads, as they are glass.

WHAT KIND OF GLASS AND MATERIALS DO YOU USE TO MAKE YOUR BEADS?
I use Moretti, now called Effetre,Vetrofond,Bullseye and Lauscha. I use alot of frits (crushed glass in assorted colors). I use silver and enamels on occasion. My beads are made with Oxygen/Propane mix torch called a Minor Burner and then placed in a digital controlled kiln to be annealed for durability. I want  you to be able wear for years to come.
